I have been repairing computers for more then 20 years, acquiring vast hardware and software experience in several computer companies.
Hundreds of small, medium and large businesses and thousands of residential customers across Scotland, England and Poland enjoyed fast and reliable services and short response times.
Have always loved solving problems with systems, software and hardware, drawing a lot of satisfaction from being able to help my customers in their computer headaches.
Issues I could not solve or advise on fixing I find hard to come across these day.
Since most of my life I worked visiting and helping people in their homes and premises I proud myself with very high number or the jobs resolved on the spot.
In rare cases onsite visit may require me to collect the device and repair it in my place, due to required parts or specialised tools.
Every job is always treated as express service and the equipment returned to the customer as soon as possible.
When the job is simply of collect and return nature, it is always diagnosed, the customer quoted and repair carried out only if it is agreed and the customer happy to proceed.
